I thought you would like to know that our ski trip to Les Gets was absolutely brilliant in every respect. The chalet was great and the chalet girl Phoebe (and her cooking ) was a star . The skiing was very good, although they could do with some more snow now. Les Gets is a great place. All the arrangements were immaculate.

We think you did a great job for us and I'll be in touch with you later in the year when we start thinking about 2012.

I have just returned from a week long holiday in Val d'Isere, staying in Chalet Iseran fully catered chalet.

I requested your email address from Harriet Patterson as I would like to pass on how fantastic the service we received from Interactive Resorts has been. We booked the holiday through Harriet following a referral from a friend. Harriet was extremely helpful and patient with us, and she handled all of our booking and many questions with complete efficiency.

In the twelve years that I've been taking ski holidays I've never experienced a holiday as seamless, from booking with Harriet, to flying home following our Skiworld transfer. I think that your staff, and Skiworld should be commended for a top service.

As a business owner myself, I'd be very please to provide such a great service. I'd also be quite happy to employ Harriet or Megan in any capacity.

Morning Harriet,

I just wanted to say thank you for your help with our holiday to Ischgl.

We had a brilliant time and we super lucky with the conditions as it snowed for 2 days on Tuesday & Wednesday. To have bluebird days with fresh powder in the middle of April is unbelievable!

The Chalet Hotel was excellent and brand new, so we were able to stay in style!

So when do we start looking at the next one...?
