There’s a great array of restaurants to choose from in the village catering for all tastes. There are Spanish and tapas bars such as the Sidreria Pub Herri as well as Tex Mex and British run restaurants.

The Bambu at Hotel Palarine sits just outside Arinsal in Erts is a friendly Chinese restaurant. This is a great option for families as if you book in advance you can be picked up from Arinsal and taken to the restaurant for no extra charge.

The Bull is situated in the centre of the village a friendly breakfast, tapas and drinks bar- great venue for refreshments at any time of day. There is a wide variety of snacks available all day and it makes a great spot for a lunch in the village.

If you’re looking for familiar dishes, Can Pere is an English run restaurant that offers a varied menu of British favourites using homemade and fresh ingredients sourced locally. The food here is also very reasonably priced with starters for 3€ and mains from 8.50€. There is also the pizzeria Deja Vu located in the Hotel Micolau that also does steak and duck dishes.

Off the slopes, there are loads of activities to do in resort in Arinsal and the village maintains a friendly and bustling atmosphere throughout the season. A great place to spend an evening is in the Bowling alley and bar at the Princesca Parc Hotel.

The Princesa Parc Wellness Centre has a range of spa facilities and body treatments, meaning you can totally rejuvenate before another day on the slopes.

Europe's largest thermal spa is in the capitol of Andorra in Andorra La Vella. It costs €2.75 each way for the bus from Arinsal and tickets can be purchased on the bus and the bus leaves from next to the Gondola base. The thermal spa hosts a great range of relaxation facilities including lagoons, jacuzzis, a steam room, saunas and an Icelandic bath. It is also worth taking a day trip into Andorra La Vella for its wealth of shopping and sightseeing.

There are a few shops in Arinsal that stock mountain gear as well as a few souvenirs at the supermarket. 2 main supermarkets in the village sell holiday essentials and a brilliant selection of food for pack lunches or self catered meals.
Sport wise, there is also an Olympic size swimming pool, squash courts, a gym, tobogganing, snowmobiling and paragliding.

Typical of Andorra, Arinsal is a very family friendly resort. The ski area really suits young children and beginners. Pal Ski school run the Baby Club and Snow Garden and both offer flexible hours, and can be matched up to ski and snowboard group lessons. The crèche offers childcare for 1-4 year olds in a bright and well-equipped playroom. Activities include snowman and igloo building, watching cartoons and playing indoor games.

As well as the excitement of learning to ski, there are plenty of activities available in Arinsal to keep your children entertained all week, including sledging, bowling, snowmobiling and swimming.

In the Ordino Sports leisure centre offers a range of indoor sporting activities such as tennis and squash and there is a large indoor pool as well as a children’s pool.
