Psst; your ideal Courchevel chalet might not actually be a traditional chalet. A skip down the road from the Croisette brings you to Vieille Forge on the first floor of a beautiful stone and wood clad building next to the old fire station. A swift lift whisks you up to the chalet apartment where the layout, design and feel of the place belongs in the mountains. Stylishly done from the striking stone fireplace roaring into the dining area to the snug lounge with a more than inviting little bar. The chalet is incredibly spacious with bedrooms far larger than necessary, half of which access the wrap around balconies (we're certainly not complaining), not bad considering you're only 200m from the bustling town centre.

The chalet is flexiski operated so you'll find our lovely staff in house to give you tips and ski advice plus rustle you up hot options at breakfast each morning as well as afternoon cakes and cuppas to come back for. Canapés come out with the fizz before dinner and the main event is a four-course affair including a cheese board and plenty of wine to wash it all down with.

The day starts with a hearty, continental-style buffet breakfast and an optional hot dish. Afternoon tea will be prepared and consists of a mouth-watering selection of cakes and biscuits. Each evening your chalet hosts will invite you to enjoy a small selection of canapés with pre-dinner drinks. Then go on to enjoy a three course evening meal, accompanied by an excellent choice of wine and conclude with fresh ground coffee.

Wherever possible we use local suppliers and ingredients so that you can sample and experience some of the many exquisite foods and wines that characterise the region you are visiting. We believe that your evening meal should be one of the highlights of your day and our chalet hosts go to great lengths to make each mealtime special and memorable.
