Situated in a convenient location in Verbier, chalet Le Daray is a spacious penthouse apartment with easy access to both the superb skiing of Verbier, as well as all the shops, bars and restaurants of the resort centre. At the end of the ski day, guests can enjoy skiing back to within a short distance of the chalet via the Le Rouge piste.

The Daray is a bright and airy property and features traditional wooden-beams throughout. The open-plan lounge and dining area is spacious yet cosy and features an open fire plus access to a balcony that affords some spectacular mountain views due to the property’s elevated position.

This chalet apartment accommodates up to nine guests across its four well-appointed bedrooms, with a single bed on a mezzanine level in the master room. All bedrooms are en suite and feature flat-screen TVs, and three of them also have access to the chalet’s rear or side balconies.

Our team of talented chefs are experienced professionals having trained alongside Michelin starred chef’s, worked in some of the finest restaurants in the world, on-board world-renowned super-yachts. Our team is passionate about using locally sourced, seasonal produce and will work with you to create a perfectly tailored menu.
    •    Breakfast: You can relax and enjoy a leisurely daily breakfast delivered to your chalet and laid out for you, including fresh bread and pastries from your local bakery, a selection of beautiful charcuterie and local cheeses, yoghurts from the local dairy, delicious jams, honey, coffee, tea and juices.
    •    Veuve Cliquot Champagne and a small selection of appetising canapés are served before dinner on five nights of the week.
    •    Dinner: After canapés, a 3-course dinner is served (on 5 nights each week), accompanied by a wonderful selection of European wines. Your chef will be delighted to introduce each course, followed by a locally inspired cheeseboard. After dinner you can relax with a digestif or coffee. Children, dietary requirements, and any other specific requests will be discussed prior to your arrival. The team will be willing to adapt the menu plan to accommodate your wishes. In addition to the house wines we hold an extensive wine list and we will gladly assist you by providing personally selected wines, which can be ordered prior to your holiday or once you are in resort.

All our catered ski properties come with a highly qualified private ski instructor for two days of your stay who will ensure that you get the most out of the mountains around you. Make use of your instructor as you wish, whether it be for orientation, exploration, or to improve your skiing technique.

The chalet comes with either a dedicated or shared 4 x 4 driver service when taken on a catered basis.

Daily housekeeping and breakfast is provided throughout the week when taken on a fully catered basis.

Afternoon tea and dinner is served on 5 days, leaving you 2 nights to enjoy the wonderful restaurants your resort has to offer. We suggest Tuesday and Thursday as the staff’s evenings off.  We will gladly offer advice on restaurants and make a reservation for your group to ensure there is a continuity of fine service.  If your stay coincides with school holidays, please be mindful that restaurants and activities tend to get booked out early, so let us know in advance if there is somewhere special you would like us to make a reservation.
